Little Rocky Run is a Premier Planned Community in western Fairfax County Virginia.

Created out of roughly 1100 acres of mostly treed Virginia countryside next to serious horse country. Little Rocky Run is divided into two sections: the Centreville section and the Clifton section separated by Little Rocky Run Creek.

Little Rocky Run – The Clifton Section

Little Rocky Run – Centerville Section.

The Clifton section includes 1600 single-family detached homes, ranging in price from the lower $500,000s to just over $1,000.000, and from 1800 square feet to almost 7000 square feet on all floors. Lot sizes vary in size up to one acre. Many lots are wooded and/or back to the many acres of common ground filled with trees, bike paths and creeks. Little Rocky Run single-family homes, quite honestly, are one of Fairfax County’s hottest buys for your money. Little Rocky Run has been ranked as one of the country’s greatest communities! That is why many of our residents who choose to move up or down stay in Little Rocky Run.

Also in Clifton are 177 townhomes, known as Sequoia Lea, ranging from two to four bedrooms, values in the mid-to-high $300,000s.

The Clifton section has two pools with clubhouses, two full basketball courts, five tennis courts, four tot lots, and miles of athletic trails. Inside the community, nestled between the main pool complex and a set of tennis courts, is Union Mill Elementary School, which serves all the single-family detached homes in Little Rocky Run. Also within walking distance is Liberty Middle School and Centreville High School!

Each year Union Mill sponsors a festival; it is a great fund raiser and fun time for all the kids. Please come and join us this year.

The Centreville section is made up of 892 townhomes: 156 back-to-back homes, two to three levels, priced in the mid $200,000s to the low $300,000s. This area is called Sunset Ridge. Then there are 736 Little Rocky Run townhomes, priced from the low $300,000s to the high $300,000s. All homes are on cul-de-sacs for the protection of our children. These homes are also a tremendous buy for all the amenities this community has to offer. When many of our residents choose to move up, they choose Little Rocky Run’s single-family detached homes.

The Centreville section has a pool, clubhouse, basketball court, tennis courts, several tot lots, and athletic trails. Convenient nearby shopping and public transportation make for easy living in this wonderful area.

Union Mill Road/Braddock Road area: Centreville High School is just across Union Mill Road from Little Rocky Run. Not only is Centreville High School the home of the Wildcats, they are the 2013 & 2014 AAA Varsity Football State Champions…yes, that means the best in all of Virginia…’Go Cats!’ Academics are topnotch at Centreville High School too. Also across the road from Little Rocky Run, Fairfax County’s newest middle school, Liberty Middle School, opened in the 2002/2003 school year.

Speaking of Union Mill Road; just down past the high school and across from the newly expanded and renovated Twin Lakes Golf courses there are several Civil War trenches that are protected by builder restriction areas and for all to see. Just walk down the jogging path along Union Mill Road and look on the west side of the path. Further down Union Mill Road just past the Little Rocky Run Community is St Andrews Catholic Church and School. Within a short drive of Little Rocky Run, Saint Andrew’s Catholic School has a beautiful facility, and Trinity Christian School’s camps sits us on 25 acres. Both public and private educational choices create a wealth of opportunity for our children.
