We interviewed 2 realtors before deciding on Ryan Nicholas and The DamonSellsHomes Team. We could not have been more correct. The other realtor had a unique negotiating strategy that appealed to me. When we called Ryan to let him know we were choosing the other realtor to represent us, he asked a series of thoughtful questions that directly addressed the reasons for our choice. He then shared with us the details on how his team performed according to the metrics of the other realtor. To my surprise, Ryan's team had superior outcomes on virtually every metric.
