“To summarize the experience, my wife and I both agree that a 10/10 would be our score. This was our first home and we threw a lot of requirements that seemed to be ever changing with every house we saw online or in person. “When we decided to sell our home, Ryan and The DamonSellsHomes Team were one of the three finalists for our realtor search. I asked all three companies several questions regarding their team’s sale experience, how many property closures the team had over the last 18 months, and what was their average sale to list price ration. Ryan was the first one to provide a response to all my questions.
