I recently had to undergo the process of short selling my condo in Alexandria, VA. It was a very arduous process and took nearly 6 months due to issues with the banks. Damon Nicholas and his team (esp. Kris Smith) made the process less stressful and contacted me the minute there were any updates. Damon is not the kind of realtor that is only out for money and only willing to list properties that are easy to sell and in mint condition. He is honest and fair and I would recommend him to anyone.

We interviewed 2 realtors before deciding on Ryan Nicholas and The DamonSellsHomes Team. We could not have been more correct. The other realtor had a unique negotiating strategy that appealed to me. When we called Ryan to let him know we were choosing the other realtor to represent us, he asked a series of thoughtful questions that directly addressed the reasons for our choice. He then shared with us the details on how his team performed according to the metrics of the other realtor. To my surprise, Ryan's team had superior outcomes on virtually every metric. Ryan convinced me to hire him because he moved my focus to the outcome of the transaction and I trusted he would deliver. He worked with both parties throughout the process. Ryan offered critical pointers during the negotiations and maintained 100% communication at all times. He seemed to have the answer to every question. His team had many suggestions that made such a difference, things to do and things not to do. We have felt taken advantage of by prior realtors and were seriously considering a “For Sale By Owner” since we keep our homes in immaculate condition and the intense seller’s market due to COVID. Boy, are we glad we chose Ryan. If you are looking for a realtor, do yourself a favor and consider Ryan's team. I promise you will not regret it. He is a consummate professional. And you will have a realtor for life because you will use him again and again (not counting the family and friends you will help by referring them to Ryan).
