Ryan Nicholas helped my husband and I find our dream home in September 2016. It was a pleasure having to work not only with Ryan, but we got to meet the whole team. Everybody was so helpful, Josie Barondess knew our new neighborhood so well, Damon Nicholas was also accommodating to our questions and needs. When we first started searching for a home, we were unsure if we should contact a realtor because they tend to be a little pushy (sorry to generalize). From the moment we met Ryan, we knew he was different, very pleasant. We felt as if we were working with a friend. Always so flexible to work with our schedules. We searched for months and he always made himself available to take us to see a million open houses. We were probably the most indecisive clients he has encountered. For a while, we felt discouraged because it was starting to appear almost impossible that we could find what we wanted/needed within our budget. I cannot thank you guys enough for making the whole process as easy as possible (I gave birth to our second son two weeks prior to closing). Ryan made sure my husband and I did not get too stressed by guiding us through the dreaded paperwork, and making sure all of the documents were in order. He also helped us find renters for our other property, even though that is not something they usually do, they helped us because we had so much going on with the new baby, and most importantly, they delivered fast. Thank you Ryan for finding our dream home, we enjoyed working with you, and now we definitely see you more than just our realtor, but our family, little Vinny keeps asking about Uncle Ryan lol. We will be referring our family and friends to you.
